HireRoom does notsell your personal information for money. The only context in which your information could be “shared” is the opt-in Talent Marketplace, where you may choose to make your profile visible to paying recruiters. That is off by default and reversible at any time. Using this page (or the Global Privacy Control signal) opts you out of any such sale or sharing; it does not delete your account or stop you using HireRoom.
Texas residents (TDPSA opt-out)
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Texas residents may opt out of the sale of personal data and of targeted advertising. HireRoom does not engage in targeted advertising; submitting the request below records your opt-out from any sale or sharing.
Global Privacy Control (automatic)
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal (Sec-GPC: 1), we honor it automatically — you do not need to submit the form below. Signed-in users can also persist the preference from the consent dashboard.

What happens after you submit
We acknowledge requests promptly and respond within the timelines required by applicable law (generally within 45 days, extendable where permitted). We may need to verify your identity before acting. If we cannot honor a request, we will tell you why.
Appeals
If we decline a request, you may appeal by emailing privacy@hireroom.techwith the subject “Privacy appeal”. Texas residents who remain dissatisfied may contact the Texas Attorney General.
